281     SHELDON OATMAN

 

 

281      SHELDON6     (Daniel5, Samuel4, George3, John2, Johannes1), son of Daniel and Ruth (Thomas) Oatman, was born at Hartford, Washington County, New York, 13 June 1809 and died at Schuylerville, Saratoga County, New York, 17 May 1900, at the age of 91 years. 

 

He married ca 1831 Mary Higgins, born 1 November 1814 in Ireland, and died 4 February 1908.

 

The family were living in Easton, Washington County, New York, in 1850, and they later moved to Schuylerville.
