3199 DARIUS⁸ (Norman⁷, Darius⁶, Darius⁵, Benjamin⁴, George³, John², Johannes¹), son of Norman and Polly (Wilson) Oatman, was born 14 September 1887 in Michigan, and died 8 January 1956 in Davisburg, Michigan, where he is buried.

Darius married Edna Malone, daughter of Benjamin and Sahara (Jeffers) Malone; she was born 31 January 1882 in Mesick, Wexford County, Michigan, and died 27 January 1976 in Davisburg, Michigan. Darius and his wife were farmers.
