490 LESTER HAYES OATMAN

490 LESTER HAYES⁶ (Arnold⁵, Isaac⁴, George³, John², Johannes¹), son of Arnold and Abigail (Hayes) Oatman, was born 16 July 1826. On 15 September 1848 he married Eva Eliza Noonan of Rochester, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, who was born in Aug 1828. In 1850 they were living with Ovid and Jane Pinney in Rochester Borough; living with them was Catherine Noonen, age 25, possibly a sister to Eva.

The family remained in Rochester, Pennsylvania. Lester was a painter, lawyer, and finally a lumber dealer, retiring by 1900.

1601 Arnold Leman, b. 1 Jul 1872; m. Cora Appleton, 5 Nov 1902; she was b. 9 Jul 1871, Industry, PA. He was a contractor for hard wood finishing and painting.
