5802 ROBERT WILLIAM OATMAN

5802 ROBERT WILLIAM⁹ (Guy George, Sr.⁸, Albin⁷, Parker⁶, Asahel⁵, Benjamin⁴, George³, John², Johannes¹son), son of Guy George and Jean (Fusee) Oatman, was born in Avoca, Kenockee Township, Michigan, 3 August 1917 and, as of October 1984 was living in Brooksville, Florida.

He married, 18 October 1944, Eunice, daughter of James and Bessie (Harrelson) Gordon, of Andrews, South Carolina. Robert enlisted in the Army Air Corps in October of 1939 and spent some time overseas.

Robert worked for Detroit Diesel Allison, Division of General Motors in Detroit, Michigan, until his retirement in 1983.
