5835 AMASA OATMAN

5835 AMASA⁹ (Darius⁸, Norman⁷, Darius⁶, Darius⁵, Benjamin⁴, George³, John², Johannes¹), son of Darius and Edna (Malone) Oatman, was born 15 Feb 1921 in Mesick, Wexford County, Michigan.

After serving in the U. S. Navy during World War II, he married Mary Ragusa, daughter of Sebastian and Sophia (Manduck) Ragusa; she was born 20 March 1926 in Brooklyn, New York. In 1973 Amasa and his wife moved to Lake Alfred, Wisconsin, where he operated a dairy farm and drove truck for Arr-Maz. He was a Methodist and Mary was a Baptist.

They retired and moved to Winter Haven, Florida, where on 30 March, 2004, Amasa died at the age of 77; Mary died the following year, on 28 November, 2005, at the age of 79.

7402 Jennifer Kathleen. She had a child b. 1980.
