818     PELEG OATMAN

 

 

818      PELEG7 (Simeon6, Peleg5, Daniel4, George3, John2, Johannes1), son of Simeon and Martha (Miller) Oatman, was born 10 December 1837. He married Josephine Victoria, daughter of Dr. James Robert and Samantha Hooker (Keith) DeLand, on 5 February 1865.  She was born 30 October 1840 in Speedsville, Tompkins County, New York, and died 11 March 1930 at Seneca Falls, Seneca County, New York.  In 1870 they were living in Seneca Falls, Seneca County, New York, where Peleg was listed as a laborer.
